Clare Payne

Clare Payne studied drama from a young age before training as a nanny.

​

Her family life was filled with theatre as her father founded The Lansbury Players.

 

Theatre was a big part of her childcare philosophy later used in her work focussing on children with additional needs and challenging behaviours.

 

Clare recently re-discovered her theatrical roots performing as guard, prisoner and villager in the 2021 pantomime Sleeping Beauty with the St Neots Players, and then understudy to Doris in Silly Cow by Ben Elton in April 2022.

 

Clare has loved working with the friendly, supportive, generous expertise of the Raw Productions' team and is excited for her future acting career.
