Ian Francis
Actor
A relative latecomer to the world of acting, not performing in his first show until 2006 as third villager on the left in panto, Ian has since gained a huge amount of experience across many acting genres.
Since that first venture onto the stage (by his own admission, due to a few too many shandies at an after-show party he happened to be at) he has appeared in over twenty- five shows and three films. He also has two stage directing credits to his name, several murder mystery performances and, at one point, could be found chasing the paying members of the public around the woods dressed as a clown with a chainsaw as part of the national award winning Horror at Hinchinbrooke scare cast.
Notable credits include Edward Rochester in Jane Eyre, a step away from his preferred genre of panto and comedy where he had played many main roles, including a double-award winning performance as 'One-Round' in the stage adaptation of the classic Ealing comedy The Ladykillers.
